TEMPE – Two from Sun Devil Volleyball were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District list, graduates Maddie McLaughlin and Mary Shroll.
This is the first CSC academic nod for both Sun Devils, but it is the second year in a row Arizona State has had two earning all-district honors. ASU has had at least one all-district honoree in each of the last three seasons.
Student-athletes that are at least a sophomore academically and athletically are eligible to be nominated when they have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA, and for graduate students it must be 3.
